Salesforce Project Manager

Lead Salesforce projects for a customer’s Business Applications team, from gathering business requirements through implementation and go-live. This is a long-term hybrid role with three days each week at the customer’s Sarona office in Tel Aviv and the rest working from home.

- Meet with business stakeholders to understand processes and gather requirements
- Define Salesforce solutions and lead implementation
- Manage projects through requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, and go-live
- Prepare Jira tickets for developers when custom development is needed
- Work with business users, developers, and Salesforce architects
- Configure Salesforce Flows, objects, permissions, and reports as needed
- Handle ongoing user requests and exceptions
דרישות
- At least 2 years of Salesforce implementation or Salesforce project management experience
- Hands-on Salesforce knowledge and ability to translate business requirements into solutions
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Experience managing requirements, developers, testing, and UAT
- Very good written and spoken Hebrew and English
