Manage end-to-end research and development projects for an enterprise AI security platform spanning endpoint clients, browser extensions, cloud services, and agentic AI capabilities. Translate customer feedback and emerging threats into product scope while coordinating cross-functional delivery.

- Manage development projects across endpoint clients, browser extensions, cloud services, and AI security capabilities
- Lead projects from ideation and requirements through planning, design, execution, alpha, and release
- Own project content and align scope with customer needs and emerging AI threats
- Lead quality-related coordination with QA
- Maintain project plans, drive execution, and resolve delivery challenges
- Coordinate with R&D, security research, product management, and customer-facing teams
- Manage development processes across the R&D area
- Work with proof-of-concept and design-partner customers and incorporate feedback into product direction
- Monitor AI applications, agent platforms, and attack techniques and translate findings into project scope
דרישות
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- At least 3 years of R&D experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept through release
- Ability to drive execution across multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort working with ambiguity and changing priorities

- Familiarity with AI, LLM, generative AI, or agentic AI technologies
