- Develop deep familiarity with the customer environment to improve performance and service.

- Academic degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, or Industrial Management.
- 3-7 years of experience in a complex technological environment.
- Experience in matrix management or cross-organizational project management.
- Experience in preparing price quotes, service pricing, and managing maintenance contracts.
- Experience in leading operational readiness or maintenance management for complex systems.
- High proficiency in English.
