Lead development and production projects for military ground and naval systems, managing engineering teams, budgets, and subcontractors while serving as primary client contact and overseeing product lifecycle support.

  • Manage development and production projects for military ground and naval systems.
  • Lead matrix teams of system engineers and subcontractors.
  • Manage budget, milestones, and project goals.
  • Act as POC for the prime contractor and clients in Israel and abroad.
  • Oversee the full ILS package throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare proposals and support marketing and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with requirements and conduct proof and operational tests.

דרישות

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (required).
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • Practical experience in development and installation of military systems.
  • High level technical English (speaking and writing).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

יתרון

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (significant advantage).
