Lead complex end-to-end manufacturing projects at an assembly site, from customer requirements through delivery. Coordinate production planning and cross-functional teams while managing customer relationships and project delivery, quality, cost, and profitability.

- Lead projects from customer requirements through full delivery.
- Build and track work plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Plan and monitor production with production planning, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
- Manage capacity, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements.
- Track delivery, quality, cost, and project profitability targets.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Manage customer communications, status updates, escalations, and solutions.
- Identify project risks and opportunities and develop action plans.
- Prepare management reports, analyze performance, and present findings to leadership and customers.
- Lead internal and external status meetings.
- Advance continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Engineering technician or engineer in industrial engineering, or a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Experience with production planning and control and production planning.
- Experience working with strategic customers and across multiple functions in a matrix organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Very strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
