Lead end-to-end development and manufacturing projects for defense systems, coordinating customers, engineering, production, procurement, logistics, testing, schedules, budgets, quality, and risks.

- Manage projects across all technical, programmatic, financial, schedule, quality, and contractual dimensions.
- Manage ongoing customer relationships and coordinate interfaces across development, headquarters, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.
- Ensure contractual milestones, technical and program objectives, schedules, budgets, quality targets, and profitability improvements are achieved.
- Prepare, approve, support, and supervise test plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze risks, resolve issues and customer complaints, conduct lessons-learned processes, and manage changes and configuration.
- Prepare and approve comprehensive project work plans and lead regular technical, programmatic, and budget reviews.
- Manage projects according to integrated engineering and systems engineering principles, supporting manufacturing involvement.
- Guide work processes, allocate resources, support employee recruitment, and foster employee development.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Experience managing development and manufacturing projects in the defense systems field.
- Experience managing integration activities between systems.
- Experience writing technical documents such as specifications and statements of work.
- Very good English.
- Experience with commercial proposal writing is an advantage.
