Lead construction planning, execution, commissioning, and close-out for onshore production assets and capital projects while managing safety, quality, cost, schedule, and contractors.

- Lead onshore construction and commissioning for production assets and small- to medium-sized capital projects
- Direct construction management from planning through execution, commissioning, and close-out
- Develop execution plans, procedures, schedules, manpower plans, and contracting strategies
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
- Lead constructability reviews and hazard identification and risk assessment workshops
- Implement site safety, quality assurance, quality control, and document management systems
- Manage construction budgets, schedules, progress measurement, reporting, and forecasting
- Identify execution risks and variances and coordinate recovery plans and changes
- Support construction contract development, negotiation, review, and approval
- Manage demobilization and documentation close-out
- Mentor and lead construction and commissioning team members
דרישות
- 10+ years of construction management experience
- Experience with piping, mechanical, structural, and electrical construction scopes
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, execution strategies, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and quality systems
- Experience leading multidisciplinary construction and commissioning teams
- Relevant safety, construction, and professional training
- Legal authorization to work in Israel
