Junior Project Planning and Control Engineer

Support project planning and control for a defense systems manufacturing operation, including schedules, budgets, risks, status reporting, and procurement coordination.

- Plan, track, and control project activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project budgets with a critical perspective
- Assess risks and build project work plans
- Create project status views and provide ongoing reporting
- Coordinate with subcontractors, finance teams, and plant management
- Report to division leadership, the board, external auditors, and banks
- Handle project operations, including procurement requests and delivery notes
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of experience in project planning and control
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Willingness to work overtime

- Experience building and monitoring work plans
- Experience preparing procurement requirements
- Familiarity with SAP and project WBS management
- Familiarity with MS Project
