  • Manage contracts for projects involving development, production, and maintenance
  • Ensure contractual compliance and support project execution
  • Manage contract changes and customer relationships
  • Create, maintain, and track project work plans with project leads and execution teams
  • Plan and control project budgets and schedules, including system updates, variance alerts, and financial reports
  • Track milestone completion
  • Manage collections and prepare delivery notes and invoices
  • Coordinate experiment logistics and shipments
  • Prepare and present regular, quarterly, and annual reports to unit management

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Very strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Experience or understanding of workflows involving procurement, operations, production, and engineering teams
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects, including contract execution, milestone delivery, planning, control, and project operations
