Lead the ERP project management team and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Priority ERP initiatives, combining people leadership, project governance, and functional process ownership.

- Lead, mentor, and develop ERP Project Managers and ERP Application Specialists.
- Define team roles, accountability, workload priorities, and capacity plans.
- Conduct performance evaluations and professional development planning.
- Oversee Priority ERP projects from planning through go-live.
- Approve business requirements and solution designs.
- Govern project plans, milestones, UAT, timelines, budgets, risks, and status reporting.
- Supervise business-process analysis, workflows, reports, and system interfaces.
- Drive process standardization, process improvement, and automation across global entities.
- Oversee system configuration, permissions governance, functional testing, and implementation quality.
- Support complex functional escalations and structured user training and adoption.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, information technology, business systems, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Priority ERP.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects.
- Previous team management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial, commercial, and logistics processes.
- Strong project management, process-thinking, and systemic analysis skills.
- Technical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal Hebrew and English communication skills.
