Customer-Facing Project Manager

Full-time hybrid role in Ramat Gan, Israel, responsible for delivering customer projects from kickoff through go-live while coordinating development, DevOps, and security teams.

- Own end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle
- Coordinate development, DevOps, security engineering, internal stakeholders, and customers
- Run kickoffs, status meetings, and steering committees
- Create meeting summaries, action items, project plans, and status reports
- Maintain Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
- Track scope and schedules while escalating risks and delays
- Translate technical constraints into clear customer updates and relay customer needs to internal teams
- Maintain accountability for project outcomes and customer satisfaction
דרישות
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Confidence working directly with customers, including expectation-setting, status reporting, and escalations
יתרון
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, SecOps, or SIEM/SOAR concepts
- Project management experience in a technical, SaaS, or cybersecurity environment
- Experience managing customer-facing projects from kickoff through delivery
- Additional language skills
