Construction Project Manager

Lead end-to-end design and construction of simulation sites in Israel and abroad, from requirements definition and planning through commissioning, permits, and handover.

- Manage simulation-site construction projects from requirements definition through execution, commissioning, and handover.
- Translate technical and operational requirements into construction, layout, and infrastructure plans.
- Prepare site layouts, construction drawings, and detailed plans using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate electrical, communications, HVAC, lighting, acoustics, safety, accessibility, and related site infrastructure.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate contractor bids, and support contractor selection.
- Coordinate architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, work plans, and milestones.
- Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with approved plans, quality standards, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify design and execution gaps and implement practical construction solutions.
- Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and follow up on corrective work.
- Ensure site readiness for simulation-system installation, integration, and commissioning.
- Obtain occupancy permits, approvals, certificates, as-made drawing packages, and professional sign-offs before handover.
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a relevant practical engineering qualification.
- At least five years of hands-on experience designing, managing, and supervising construction projects through completion and handover.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for site layouts, construction drawings, and detailed execution plans.
- Experience coordinating architectural, construction, and infrastructure plans with contractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and consultants.
- Experience preparing and reviewing technical specifications, bills of quantities, cost estimates, schedules, and contractor proposals.
- Strong project management skills, including independent management of multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and priorities.
- High-level English for technical documentation and international communication.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Israel and abroad.
- Valid driving licence and access to a private vehicle.
