Lead production for a 40–50-person art team supporting multiple games. Own art budgets, schedules, workload planning, time tracking, delivery quality, and performance reporting while reporting to the Lead Games Producer.

- Budget art projects by tracking hours, costs, and headcount from concept through final delivery
- Manage production schedules across several concurrent games
- Track individual and task-level hours using Kimai and investigate discrepancies
- Review team deliverables against specifications and deadlines
- Prepare weekly reports covering hours per game, cost per asset, and estimates against goals
- Manage the day-to-day workload and priorities of a 40–50-person art team
- Identify blockers, address delays, and communicate schedule risks to artists and management
דרישות
- At least 4–5 years of project or production management experience in a games company
- Experience managing a large art team or production pipeline
- Working knowledge of animation deliverables, including skeletal and Spine animation, VFX, timing, and export pipelines
- Working knowledge of illustration deliverables, including concepts, symbols, backgrounds, characters, UI, and marketing assets
- Experience owning art budgets and schedules from project start through final delivery
- Strong numerical and variance-analysis skills
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including building financial and planning models
- Fluency with Claude and other AI tools for planning, reporting, and analysis
- Experience with Jira or an equivalent project management tool and time-tracking systems
- Fluent Polish and English at B2 level or above
- Clear, direct communication and confidence addressing delays, quality issues, and schedule risks
