- Drive AI and business transformation initiatives from strategy into structured execution.
- Work with business, product, AI, and information and business technology stakeholders to shape AI-enabled capabilities and adoption processes.
- Lead transformation execution governance, including planning, prioritization, follow-up, dependency management, and execution cadence.
- Translate business priorities into actionable plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
- Define KPIs, ROI models, and cost considerations to support decisions and value realization.
- Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and blockers, escalating and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Build and implement transformation processes, governance structures, and execution frameworks.
- Provide senior stakeholders with structured updates, clear communications, and presentation materials.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across multiple teams and initiatives.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in business transformation, AI transformation, strategy execution, PMO, business operations, or cross-functional program management.
- Experience supporting or driving AI adoption, implementation, or integration into business processes.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, and priorities in parallel.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and execution skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to connect strategy, business needs, product thinking, AI capabilities, and operational execution.
