Account Supervisor

Lead an account management team and oversee ongoing client activity, integrated campaigns, and operational delivery for major advertising clients. The role is based in Bnei Brak, Israel, with one work-from-home day per week and working hours of Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00.

- Lead, mentor, and professionally develop the account management team.
- Manage team performance, workload allocation, and ongoing task prioritization.
- Improve workflows and maintain operational excellence across the department.
- Manage ongoing relationships with major clients and maintain high service and satisfaction levels.
- Lead large-scale projects and coordinate closely with creative, production, and media teams.
- Oversee the execution of advertising and media initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage ongoing communication with executives, suppliers, and external professional partners.
דרישות
- Previous experience as a supervisor in an advertising agency is required.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end processes and projects, including complex online and offline campaigns.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from performance data to improve campaigns and business outcomes.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, multitasking advertising and digital environment.
