Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software systems supporting advanced space technologies. Coordinate engineering and cross-functional teams, drive technical execution, and connect engineering requirements with product and business goals.

- Lead engineers and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Set priorities, execution plans, milestones, and technical decisions
- Coordinate with development, integration, and QA teams
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
- Connect engineering requirements with product and business objectives
- Operate within an Agile development environment using Azure
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical education
- At least 2 years of experience in software development, systems engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a delivery-focused technical role and leading complex projects, processes, or workstreams
- Strong technical foundation and experience working with software development teams
- Ability to influence stakeholders, prioritize work, and drive execution across multiple teams

- Background in defense, complex software systems, or military technology units
