Senior Technical Product Manager – Enterprise Storage

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution for high-performance enterprise storage platforms and storage operating system capabilities. Partner with engineering, enterprise customers, field teams, architects, and commercial stakeholders in a hybrid Central Israel environment.

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise storage platforms.
- Own the product roadmap, sprint backlog, prioritization, and release planning for an assigned domain.
- Gather and prioritize technical requirements from enterprise customers, field teams, and system architects.
- Translate market needs and infrastructure challenges into product features and commercial solutions.
- Create product requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Validate requirements and partner with R&D on implementation, scoping, architecture trade-offs, and backlog refinement.
- Develop deployment guidelines, reference architectures, best-practice frameworks, and technical training materials.
- Support pre-sales engagements, technical positioning, competitive intelligence, and executive discussions.
- Monitor storage industry developments, including enterprise AI workloads, cyber resilience, immutable data protection, hybrid cloud, and block and file protocols.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of product management experience.
- At least 8 years of technical experience in data center and IT infrastructure environments, including areas such as compute, networking, SAN/NAS, block and file protocols, replication, or backup and recovery.
- Experience translating complex infrastructure challenges into product requirements and commercial solutions.
- Experience working with global enterprise customers and supporting feature adoption and deployment cycles.
- Fluent English with strong cross-functional leadership, presentation, and analytical skills.

- Experience with enterprise storage, data infrastructure, or core systems.
- Deep knowledge of block and file storage, NVMe, NVMe-oF, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, snapshots, and cyber resilience.
