Senior Product Manager – Counter-Drone Platform

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap of a complex counter-unmanned aerial systems platform integrating cyber, radar, electro-optical, jamming, hardware, and software capabilities.

- Own the product lifecycle, roadmap, and development priorities
- Collaborate with product, systems engineering, software, and hardware R&D teams
- Coordinate execution across R&D, systems engineering, operations, and sales
- Support presales and sales activities with technical expertise, customer presentations, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies
- Manage strategic collaboration and technical integration with local and international partners
- Drive product maturity, innovation, differentiation, and value propositions
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Aeronautical Engineering
- At least 5 years of product management or technical leadership experience
- Experience leading complex multidisciplinary systems integrating hardware and software
- Fluent written and verbal English and Hebrew
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives, engineers, and customers
יתרון
- M.Sc. in Systems Engineering
- Experience with counter-unmanned aerial systems, including drone detection, tracking, classification, and mitigation
- Background in defense, aerospace, or homeland security
- Experience with strategic technology partners or subcontractors
