Senior Product Manager, Agency Platform

Lead the strategy and execution of a platform that helps insurance agencies manage producers, roles, permissions, compliance, sign-in, and accounts. This remote role is based in Israel or Poland and requires partial overlap with U.S. Pacific time.

- Own the product strategy, requirements, user flows, decision frameworks, and prioritized roadmap for the agency platform domain.
- Lead the agency-to-producer migration and build scalable structures for growing agencies.
- Design the roles and permissions model for agencies, producers, and the administration portal.
- Establish the product team's operating rhythm and build alignment with leadership and partner teams.
- Develop automated, auditable compliance lifecycle flows covering onboarding, updates, expirations, and terminations.
- Define contracts and migration paths for platform capabilities consumed by internal teams.
- Navigate legacy surfaces, backend systems, and administration-portal constraints to deliver simple user experiences.
- Partner with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define success metrics and improve outcomes with data.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, commitments, roadmap sequencing, and leadership communication.

- At least 5 years of product management experience delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
- Customer-focused approach with experience understanding user needs and translating them into simple products.
- Ability to turn ambiguous, unowned problem areas into clear roadmaps and shipped products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Ability to use data to prioritize work and measure impact.
- Experience leading large migrations or re-architectures with cross-team dependencies.
- Experience building products under trust, compliance, or policy constraints.
- Based in Israel or Poland, with partial U.S. Pacific-time overlap.
- Fluent English.

- Experience with platform or infrastructure products in B2B SaaS, including multi-tenant organizations, administration consoles, permissions, or audit trails.
- Experience taking products from initial concept through piloting and scaled rollout.
- Experience with authentication, organization structures, roles and permissions, or account management.
- Marketplace experience, particularly with B2B marketplaces.
