- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans for the web shop.
- Identify initiatives that improve customer experience, product growth, and business results.
- Gather and analyze requirements, write detailed product requirements documents, and create user stories.
- Define user flows, wireframes, and A/B tests; prioritize the product backlog.
- Coordinate development and engineering execution across cross-functional teams.
- Own feature performance after release through testing, analysis, and optimization.
- Partner with research and development, design, and business intelligence teams to ensure efficient implementation.

- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C or B2B2C environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, and work across multiple teams.
- Adaptability in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and solution development skills.
