A defense organization in Israel is seeking a Senior AI Product Owner to lead the adoption, integration, governance, and continuous improvement of AI products and tools used by software development teams.

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI applications and tools.
- Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of AI tools across software development teams.
- Establish best practices and train users in effective and responsible AI use.
- Lead integrations with development environments, including IDEs and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with external AI vendors and platforms.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Information Security, IT, and management teams.
- Define policies and guidelines for secure AI use, including protection of sensitive code and data.
- Identify and manage risks related to organizational AI adoption.
- Define quality metrics and KPIs for AI-generated code, development efficiency, and product performance.
- Establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Identify new AI use cases and evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and development tools.
דרישות
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI technologies, including large language models, AI coding tools, and machine learning platforms.
- Experience or strong familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration and delivery environments.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of information security and risk management principles.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements prioritization skills.
- Experience working across technical and business teams.
- Ability to lead organizational adoption and process change.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and systems thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.

- Previous software development experience.
- Experience implementing or rolling out AI tools within an organization.
- Strong familiarity with generative AI and AI coding tools.
