- Own product initiatives from problem identification through definition, development, launch, and iteration.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into product solutions and priorities.
- Collaborate with R&D, UX, Customer Success, Marketing, and other stakeholders on customer-facing products.
- Define product requirements, flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs.
- Make product decisions using customer needs, business priorities, technical considerations, data, and organizational knowledge.
- Use AI agents and agentic workflows in daily product management work.
- Build and improve agents and multi-agent workflows for research, analysis, product definition, challenge, and validation.
- Create knowledge-access processes, agent collaboration, assumption challenges, and continuous feedback loops.
- Prototype and validate ideas before and during development.
- Explore ways to use AI to improve the speed, depth, and effectiveness of product development.
דרישות
- Experience in at least one Product Manager role with hands-on responsibility for defining and building software products.
- Significant hands-on experience with AI beyond basic prompting.
- Experience building or working with AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, or multi-agent systems.
- Ability to use AI to research complex topics, process large amounts of information, challenge assumptions, and produce high-quality outputs.
- Strong technical orientation and understanding of software systems.
- Builder mindset with experience experimenting, prototyping, automating, or creating solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- High level of English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, R&D, UX, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field.
