Own selected game features from initial scoping through release and post-release monitoring, translating product direction into development-ready specifications and validating the player experience.

- Prioritize and refine sprint backlogs, identify gaps and dependencies, and resolve execution risks.
- Turn product strategy and game concepts into specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation with Game Design and R&D.
- Validate end-to-end player journeys and game loops, identifying bugs, usability issues, and missing states.
- Align R&D, Game Design, Art, and QA teams around product outcomes.
- Own selected features from scoping through release and post-release monitoring.
דרישות
- 2–4 years of product management experience in gaming, preferably iGaming, social casino, or real-money gaming.
- Track record in product management, game production, or game design.
- Experience partnering with R&D, Game Design, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical judgment and data-informed decision-making.
- Fluent, professional-level written and spoken English.
- Strong organization, ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Technical orientation and ability to work closely with R&D teams.
- Ability to manage dependencies, identify edge cases, and maintain high standards for the player experience.
