Lead end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from strategy and requirements to launch and ongoing management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions, analyze performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requires 3+ years of product management experience, technical background, and deep understanding of UX, data, and digital trends.

- Lead digital products throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Define product strategy and business vision
- Analyze business needs, market trends, and user behavior
- Write business requirement documents
- Collaborate with project managers, tech, and development teams
- Measure and analyze product performance and drive improvements
- Manage interfaces with internal and external business partners
- Ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements
דרישות
- At least 3 years of product management experience on the business side, preferably in fintech/finance
- Technical education or significant technical experience (Master's degree an advantage)
- Experience managing and driving processes in large organizations, especially development projects
- Deep understanding of digital, user experience, data, and analytics
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English, including writing and excellent skills
- Ability to lead and drive multiple interfaces in a multitasking environment
