- Own and optimize company-wide quote-to-cash and related business processes.
- Design transparent licensing, usage, and billing experiences that build customer trust.
- Deliver self-service capabilities for customer and AI-agent adoption.
- Define product vision and translate complex business requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
- Lead platform products from ideation through launch and lifecycle management.
- Use customer feedback, market research, usage metrics, and business KPIs to guide experimentation and iteration.
- Partner with Information Systems, Finance, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Engineering on scalable financial and platform systems.
- Drive alignment and decisions across executive, business, engineering, and customer stakeholders.

- 10+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, business-critical systems.
- Strong technical background in engineering, R&D, or technical product leadership.
- Experience building, scaling, and managing internal-facing platforms, monetization services, billing systems, financial workflows, entitlements, provisioning, and cross-system integrations.
- Experience delivering solutions involving enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or equivalent ERP, CRM, and billing systems.
- Ability to manage stakeholder dependencies, align diverse teams, and execute high-priority initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive-level influencing skills.
