- Monitor performance and lead data-driven improvement initiatives
- Drive user acquisition, audience development, and marketing funnel optimization
- Improve retention, engagement, usage frequency, and loyalty
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and user experience impact
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and KPIs to guide practical improvements
- Optimize user journeys, usability, and overall UX/UI
- Lead cross-functional initiatives through planning, execution, and performance measurement

- Significant experience leading a large-scale B2C app, digital product, or content platform
- Strong business strategy and execution skills, including translating strategy into measurable plans
- Experience identifying growth opportunities, improving performance, and developing digital revenue streams
- Understanding of advertising, subscription, and hybrid monetization models
- Hands-on experience with user acquisition, growth, retention, and funnel management
- Experience owning product roadmaps and prioritizing features by business value
- Strong understanding of user behavior, KPIs, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of UX/UI, user journeys, and experience optimization
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and measurement
