Manage end-to-end e-commerce and digital projects from requirements definition through production launch. Own key customer journeys, coordinate global and local stakeholders, and improve operational performance across digital channels.

- Lead e-commerce and digital projects from business requirements through production launch.
- Own checkout, payments, delivery, inventory, EPP, and trade-in flows.
- Identify operational gaps and improve the customer journey.
- Coordinate local marketing and logistics stakeholders with global IT and development teams.
- Own QA and UAT activities, support production releases, and resolve website or Shop App issues.
- Coordinate digital readiness for marketing campaigns and new product launches.
דרישות
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or digital project management.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements for IT and development teams.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, QA methodologies, and production releases.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong stakeholder-management, ownership, independence, and multitasking skills.
יתרון
- Experience in consumer electronics e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce / Hybris.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or GA4.
- Experience managing logistics, payment, inventory, or trade-in integrations.
- Experience working in a large global corporate matrix.
