- Lead the business unit’s development and business direction for tactical systems
- Manage projects from concept and testing through customer engagement, full-scale development, and delivery
- Oversee business performance, deliveries, and profit and loss
- Manage the budget for the business area and its projects, with a combined scope of approximately $300 million
- Maintain direct relationships with international customers
- Oversee project plans, risks, and budgets
- Develop business and organizational strategy aligned with customer needs
- Travel internationally frequently
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics, mechanical, aeronautical, or systems engineering
- At least 10 years of experience managing development projects valued at $50 million or more
- Experience developing defense systems
- At least five years of direct people-management experience
- High-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Israeli citizenship
