- Manage the product lifecycle from concept definition through development, testing, customer engagement, full-scale development, and final delivery.
- Own business performance, including deliveries, profitability, and P&L.
- Manage relationships with international customers and support strategic business growth.
- Oversee financial management of the domain and its projects, including a portfolio of approximately $300 million.
- Lead employees and manage work plans, risks, budgets, and multiple stakeholder interfaces.
- Travel internationally and participate in operational field activities.

- Israeli citizenship.
- A bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics, mechanical, aeronautical, or systems engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience managing development projects with a scope of at least $50 million.
- Experience in weapons development.
- At least 5 years of direct people-management experience.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
