Lead systems analysis and cross-organizational technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation in a multi-system enterprise environment.

- Gather, analyze, and define business and technical requirements with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and formulate supporting technology solutions.
- Write, update, and maintain functional specifications.
- Manage technology projects across initiation, planning, development, testing, go-live, and implementation.
- Provide professional guidance to development and QA teams and resolve project issues.
- Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders, including defining screens and workflows.
- Manage interfaces across vendors and organizational teams throughout the project lifecycle.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis.
- Experience writing and maintaining functional specification documents.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Experience working with clients, vendors, development teams, and QA teams.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Strong analytical ability and a broad systems perspective.
- Ability to lead processes, manage multiple interfaces, and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively.

- Experience managing external vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
