Lead end-to-end analysis and specification of digital systems, working with internal stakeholders, development, QA, and UX/UI teams in an Agile environment.

- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and translate them into functional and technical requirements; manage changes throughout project delivery.
- Lead solution definition from high-level design through detailed specifications for web, mobile, and integration work.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout implementation using Agile/Scrum.
- Specify complex interfaces in microservices and event-driven environments, including REST and GraphQL APIs, JSON structures, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
- Work with UX/UI teams to validate wireframes and prototypes against business requirements and support a consistent user experience.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis in a digital environment.
- Demonstrated experience with web systems and mobile applications.
- Experience specifying REST APIs and strong understanding of JSON.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ability to analyze and model business processes using UML, including use case, sequence, and activity diagrams.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with specification and modeling tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
יתרון
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field with an Information Systems specialization.
- Experience with SQL and database queries.
- Experience using generative AI tools in analysis and documentation.
