An IT services company is recruiting a Senior Systems Analyst for a leading financial organization in Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut. The role covers end-to-end analysis and specification of a complex core system.

- Lead end-to-end systems analysis and specification from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Work continuously with business stakeholders, development teams, suppliers, and multiple interfaces.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and solutions while considering system capabilities and constraints.
- Write system specification documents.
- Support development and testing teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop deep expertise in a complex and distinctive core system.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis within a large organization.
- Experience with core, financial, or complex operational systems.
- Experience leading end-to-end specification processes, including requirements gathering, documentation, development support, testing, and production deployment.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, suppliers, and multiple interfaces.
- Broad systems perspective combined with strong attention to detail.
- Strong learning ability and the capacity to quickly understand complex systems and new subject areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
