A public-sector organization in Holon is seeking a senior information systems analyst to define BPM workflows, support ERP integration, and coordinate business and development stakeholders.

- Define BPM workflows, including interfaces and the transfer of processes to the organization's ERP system.
- Analyze and write high-level and detailed technical design specifications.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and epics.
- Manage the product backlog.
- Coordinate system requirements with business customers and collaborate with related systems and development teams.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in information systems analysis.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing systems and documenting requirements using modern Scrum or Agile methodologies.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or certification/coursework in systems analysis.
- Ability to produce high-level and detailed technical design specifications.
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories and epics and managing a product backlog.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills across business users, related systems teams, and development teams.
יתרון
- Experience with ALM and task-management tools, especially Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle.
- Experience defining or implementing ERP systems.
- Previous software development experience.
