Support the technical and operational operation of an SAP S/4HANA on RISE environment, including business-module support, integrations, testing, and system improvements.

- Provide first-level technical support for SAP MM, SD, and FI modules.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve SAP system and integration issues.
- Support SAP BTP applications and services.
- Lead system and integration testing and perform post-production validation.
- Participate in corporate projects, system upgrades, and SAP initiatives.
- Collaborate with business analysts, ABAP developers, Basis administrators, authorization specialists, business users, vendors, and IT teams.
- Drive technical issues from root-cause analysis through resolution.
דרישות
- Academic degree in industrial engineering, management, information systems engineering, or software development.
- At least 2 years of SAP experience in training or quality assurance.
- Fluent English for spoken and written communication.
- Ability to support users across the United States, Japan, and Europe.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and service-oriented skills.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, create comprehensive test scenarios, execute testing, and document and communicate results.
