An information systems implementation company is seeking a systems analyst with strong business understanding to lead client discovery, process analysis, and solution definition across information systems, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

- Lead discovery meetings and requirements-gathering sessions with clients.
- Map and analyze end-to-end business processes, identifying bottlenecks, duplication, and optimization opportunities.
- Define information systems, business processes, and automation solutions.
- Prepare detailed specifications for implementation and development teams.
- Specify screens, fields, permissions, dashboards, and workflows.
- Support implementation teams, conduct testing, and validate proposed solutions.
- Participate in system implementation, user training, and go-live activities.
- Support clients after go-live and contribute to continuous system improvement.

- Demonstrated experience in information systems analysis.
- Experience leading discovery meetings and gathering requirements.
- Strong understanding of business and organizational processes.
- Ability to analyze workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Strong technical documentation and specification-writing skills.
- Systems thinking, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with clients, managers, and other stakeholders while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong technical orientation and ability to learn quickly.
- A bachelor's degree in information systems, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field is advantageous but not required when practical experience and relevant capabilities are demonstrated.

- Experience designing CRM or ERP systems.
