Lead information systems and technology operations for a medium-sized or large industrial organization. Own IT strategy, infrastructure, security, business systems, digital transformation, and a professional technology team.

- Lead the Information Systems department and teams covering infrastructure, systems, help desk, communications, and information security
- Develop and execute IT and information systems strategy
- Lead cross-organizational technology projects and strategic initiatives
- Implement and optimize Priority ERP for organizational processes
- Oversee servers, communications, backups, business continuity, and IT infrastructure
- Manage information security, access permissions, and cybersecurity risks
- Manage external vendors, service providers, budgets, and technology resources
- Provide IT support and translate business needs into technology solutions
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of information systems or IT experience
- 3–5 years of experience managing IT teams
- Experience managing information systems in an organization with 250 or more employees
- Strong experience with IT infrastructure, systems, communications, and information security
- Proven experience leading complex IT projects
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience managing vendors and budgets
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Strong leadership, business understanding, strategic judgment, communication, and prioritization skills
יתרון
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing organizations
- Experience implementing Priority ERP
- Experience with MES, WMS, or manufacturing-floor systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Active Directory
- Experience managing information security under standards such as ISO 27001
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
