Lead and develop a team of Systems Analysts while owning end-to-end analysis, specification quality, and delivery support across complex integrated systems.

- Manage and provide professional leadership to a team of Systems Analysts.
- Mentor team members and support their professional development.
- Establish analysis methodologies, processes, templates, standards, and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end analysis from business requirements through handoff to development.
- Define functional solutions and functional architecture.
- Prepare and review complex business and technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of analysis deliverables.
- Manage analysis deliverables and support sprint, program increment, and quarterly objectives.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and specification gaps.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Lead analysis for complex core and digital systems.
- Promote Agile practices across the analysis function.
- Improve analysis processes, knowledge management, and organizational standards.
- Define quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report status, risks, blockers, and dependencies to management.
דרישות
- At least 7 years of experience in complex systems analysis.
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing a team of Systems Analysts.
- Professional experience in financial environments involving stocks, options, and other financial products.
- Demonstrated ability to write complex business and technical specifications.
- Experience with databases and data modeling.
- Experience working with multiple interfaces and integrated systems.
- Hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
