Manage assigned business applications and coordinate implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support. Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to improve system performance, adoption, and operational support.

- Own assigned business applications throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate requirements, planning, testing, implementation, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Manage enhancements, configuration changes, change requests, releases, and application improvements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide application support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
- Coordinate external vendors, deliverables, timelines, open issues, and implementation activities.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, defect follow-up, and functionality validation.
- Maintain system documentation, processes, user guides, project materials, and training materials.
- Support user adoption through communication, training, change management, and go-live assistance.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, timelines, action items, and project status.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, industrial engineering, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business applications, information systems, application implementation, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into application solutions.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to learn new systems independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent Hebrew and English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with business users, managers, IT teams, and vendors.

- Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Veeva, LMS platforms, AI solutions, or similar systems.
- Experience in application implementation, project coordination, application management, or information systems.
