A leading company is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Implementation Specialist to implement, maintain, and optimize CRM processes and system capabilities within its finance function.

  • Analyze, implement, and maintain business processes in SAP CRM.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Maintain, improve, and optimize existing processes and system capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT, development, information systems, and business teams.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new capabilities.

דרישות

  • At least 2 years of experience as an SAP CRM Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience in business and system analysis and process implementation.
  • Experience working directly with business users and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Relevant academic degree.
