Implement Salesforce solutions that turn complex business processes into efficient, scalable workflows. Lead projects end to end and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, using AI tools to automate and improve processes.

  • Lead Salesforce projects from planning through delivery.
  • Analyze complex business processes and configure Salesforce solutions.
  • Work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Build Flows, automations, and AI-enabled business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience using advanced AI tools for business processes, automation, or workflow improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Agentforce, or similar AI solutions.
  • At least two Salesforce certifications from Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data structure, security, and platform limitations.
  • At least 1 year of experience implementing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Strong familiarity with business processes in sales, customer service, and marketing.
  • Proficiency with Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Workflows.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
