Global technology organization seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Implementer to lead implementation and integration projects supporting systems across more than 100 countries. The role is based in Haifa and follows a hybrid schedule.

תחומי אחריות

  • Lead Oracle HCM implementation and integration processes
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements
  • Define and document requirements using SRD and BRD formats
  • Coordinate with business, development, QA, and vendor teams
  • Own assigned work from initial analysis through go-live
  • Resolve complex implementation challenges in a global environment

דרישות

  • At least 2 years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HR Core
  • Experience documenting SRD/BRD and analyzing business requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
