- Implement, support, and maintain an organizational information and document management system.
- Work directly with customers and users and provide professional assistance.
- Gather requirements, understand user needs, and adapt system functionality.
- Configure system settings and work with SQL and databases.
- Troubleshoot incidents and investigate system issues in Windows, server, and cloud environments.
- Train users and support implementation and adoption processes.
- Manage tasks and deliver end-to-end solutions.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree, or nearing completion, in Industrial Engineering and Management with an Information Systems specialization or in Information Systems.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Technological aptitude and the ability to learn independently.
- Ability to analyze data and business processes.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Native-level Hebrew and high-level English.
- Final-year students must be able to work 80% part time alongside their studies.
יתרון
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems, Windows environments, or BI tools.
- Meaningful SQL experience gained during academic studies is acceptable.
