Large organization seeking an Information Systems Implementation Specialist to implement digital processes, train users, support CRM systems, and analyze business data.

תחומי אחריות

  • Implement information systems and computerized organizational processes.
  • Train users and support the implementation of CRM and other systems.
  • Analyze data using BI tools and Excel.
  • Work with QlikView, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Create digital training materials, including instructional videos and guides.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements and communicate them to the IT manager.
  • Support report generation and data-driven decision-making using BI and big data systems.
  • Identify organizational processes that could benefit from new computerized solutions.
  • Work with more than 200 direct users and senior management.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of experience in systems implementation and training within large organizations.
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience delivering classroom and one-on-one training.
  • Relevant academic background.
  • Availability for full-time work, including non-standard hours.
