  • Manage SAP Business One projects end to end.
  • Coordinate system upgrades and development work with software vendors.
  • Gather business requirements and prepare specifications for new developments.
  • Perform user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate integration across business functions implemented in SAP Business One.
  • Train users on the ERP system and prepare procedures and professional documentation.
  • Manage user support requests.
