A recruitment agency is seeking a Billing/CRM Systems Support Specialist for a large telecommunications company in Petah Tikva. The role combines operational support, application implementation, data controls, and process automation.

תחומי אחריות

  • Operate, monitor, and control data-ingestion and customer-invoicing processes
  • Implement changes in Billing and CRM systems according to business requirements
  • Handle ongoing requests from customer service representatives
  • Coordinate with the computer room, telecommunications teams, and information security staff
  • Automate frequently performed manual processes

דרישות

  • At least three years of experience in support roles, including at least one year supporting Billing or CRM systems
  • Operational or implementation experience with Billing and CRM systems
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and remotely on weekends

יתרון

  • Experience working in Linux or UNIX environments
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry
