  • Implement the division's recruitment plan.
  • Manage a team of recruitment and operations coordinators.
  • Measure and monitor the annual recruitment plan and achievement of KPIs.
  • Oversee vacancy and candidate status across the division.
  • Coordinate and advance end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Work with human resources, security, assessment centers, and other stakeholders.
  • Report recruitment data to divisional leadership, HR, and hiring managers.

דרישות

  • Israeli citizenship
  • Academic degree
  • At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Experience managing a team
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
