Join a global People team for approximately nine months as maternity-leave cover. Own the HRIS, people data, and employee lifecycle operations while improving automation, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional processes.

- Own HiBob configuration, permissions, integrations, and people-data accuracy
- Maintain data governance through regular validation and audits
- Build and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards
- Manage onboarding, termination, maternity-leave, and other employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain HR templates, documentation, and employee records
- Manage HR vendors and external partners
- Support payroll data reviews with Finance
- Coordinate with Legal on labor law, privacy, and policy compliance
- Support compensation benchmarking, role leveling, salary bands, and annual compensation cycles
- Identify and implement HR process, system, automation, and AI improvements
- Advise the HR team on HR systems, data, and operations
דרישות
- 3–6 years of experience in HRIS or people analytics within a global organization
- Advanced HiBob system administration and configuration skills
- Fluent English
- High proficiency in Excel
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and people-data structures
- High standards of data accuracy, validation, and execution
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and accountability

- Hands-on use of AI, automation, or agentic workflows to improve HR processes
