  • Help build creative employee experience programs.
  • Plan and produce employee events and activities.
  • Analyze employee survey data and create action plans.
  • Manage information and administrative processes related to employee experience.
  • Work closely with the Human Resources team and multiple internal stakeholders.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of experience in employee experience and Human Resources roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
  • Creativity, adaptability and enthusiasm for introducing new initiatives.
  • Strong ability to work with information systems, data, Office tools and especially Excel.
