An advanced semiconductor team is hiring a Senior Product Engineer in Haifa to improve production quality, yield, testing, reliability, and throughput for cloud-infrastructure products.

- Analyze foundry Wafer Acceptance Test data from development, corner, and qualification lots
- Collaborate with Test Engineering, Quality and Reliability, Foundry, and Failure Analysis teams to maintain test quality and resolve issues
- Recommend test plans and limits for production and qualification lots using system specifications, yield, and Cpk targets
- Lead continuous-improvement activities with the foundry
- Use wafer-sort and final-test data to reduce test time and improve throughput
- Monitor semiconductor production data and drive process, yield, quality, and reliability improvements
דרישות
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a relevant engineering discipline
- At least 10 years of semiconductor-industry experience in post-silicon quality and reliability, test, foundry, or product engineering
- Broad knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, preferably including TSMC experience
- Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, layout, and device characterization
- Familiarity with silicon manufacturing and testing flows across multiple test platforms
- Experience analyzing production data with business-intelligence and analytical tools such as JMP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of GAA and backside power-grid technologies
- Knowledge of SCAN and MBIST DFT methodologies
- Experience with external test and assembly OSATs
- Familiarity with LADA, FIB, SEM, IR, EMMI, and CSAM failure-analysis techniques
