Join a defense technology development team in Netanya and lead mechanical engineering for complex electro-mechanical systems from concept through mass production.

- Design enclosures for electronic and multidisciplinary systems, including thermal, EMI, durability, and PCB/PCBA integration requirements
- Perform CFD, static, and dynamic FEA analyses to improve product reliability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary development teams and lead project activities
- Transfer products from development to production and prepare manufacturing documentation
- Support assembly lines and resolve production engineering issues using DFM and DFA practices
- Select manufacturing technologies and provide technical interfaces with local and international vendors and manufacturers
- Plan and execute qualification and environmental testing according to international standards
דרישות
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- At least 8 years of experience in mechanical development of complex systems and multidisciplinary products
- At least 5 years of experience designing electronics packaging at PCB/PCBA level
- Full proficiency in 3D CAD modeling
- Experience with thermal and structural simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and design for manufacturing, assembly, testing, and reliability
- Experience with varied materials, coatings, and manufacturing methods, including machining, die casting, and sheet metal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew

- Experience with SolidWorks or NX
- Experience developing military or ruggedized systems and applying military standards
- Experience designing mechanical systems for communication and RF applications
- Experience developing cooling solutions for high-power products
